1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GetAnEstatePlan.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

The Site is owned and operated by M3 Consulting, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Products and Purchases

We sell downloadable estate planning document kits (“Kits”) designed for residents of Utah, Arizona, and Texas.

All purchases are final. Because our Kits are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us at hello@getanestateplan.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Purchase and use of our Kits does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and M3 Consulting, LLC or any attorney involved in creating the documents.

The Kits are self-help legal documents intended for simple, straightforward situations. They are not a substitute for personalized legal advice from a licensed attorney.

4. Permitted Use

Kits are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not resell, redistribute, republish, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any Kit or its contents. Each purchase authorizes use by a single household only.

5. Accuracy and Currency of Documents

We make reasonable efforts to keep our documents current with applicable state law. However, laws change.

We do not warrant or guarantee that the documents in any Kit reflect the most current law at the time of your purchase or use. You are responsible for verifying that your documents comply with the laws in effect at the time of signing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including document templates, text, graphics, design elements, and layout — is the property of M3 Consulting, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M3 Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the Site

  • Your use of any Kit

  • Your inability to access the Site or any Kit

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of a Kit shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Kit.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
